- Learning data — session bookings, attendance, recordings and progress notes.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Technical data — device, browser and usage information to keep the Services secure and working.
2. How we use it
To match tutors, deliver and improve lessons, manage bookings and payments, keep you informed, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Lawful basis

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. Lesson recordings are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
7. Your rights

8. Cookies and analytics
We use essential storage to run the site. With your agreement only, we use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your device, browser and approximate location. We do not use analytics for advertising. Nothing is loaded until you choose "Accept analytics", and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page.
